We are looking for an Online Advertising Specialist to strengthen the digital marketing team of an international company in the travel and leisure industry. In this role, you will manage and optimize campaigns across search, social, display, and video, ensuring strong performance and continuous improvement. You’ll take ownership of your market, analyze results, test new ideas, and work closely with colleagues from different departments to achieve the best outcomes.

Your impact

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across search, social, display, and video channels.
• Take full responsibility for performance in your assigned market and look for ways to boost results.
• Use data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities and test new approaches.
• Participate in cross-functional projects beyond day-to-day campaign operations.
• Stay ahead of trends by trying out new formats, features, and platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, content, pricing, and e-commerce colleagues for optimal campaign setups.
• Contribute to media planning tailored to your market’s needs.

Your profile 

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on multi-channel campaigns (Search, Display/Video, and at least 1 year of hands-on Paid Social).
• Solid knowledge of tools like Search Ads 360, GA4, and feed management platforms (e.g., Channable).
• Familiarity with Smartly, Meta Business Manager, DV360, or Campaign Manager is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align different teams.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent English is required; Dutch is a plus.
